Halloween is behind us and the next rush is already beginning. Thanksgiving, Family Gatherings, Holiday Shopping, and much less "you time" is upon us. For some this joyful time of year is lost due to the stresses of holiday shopping, the over indulgence in food and drinks, or the thought of dealing with you crazy Aunt Sally (yes we all have one).
