In July 2011, a study funded by the U.S. National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine evaluated the effectiveness of massage therapy for chronic lower back pain.  Over 400 people with chronic back pain participated in this study. Coping with Holiday Stress

Halloween is behind us and the next rush is already beginning. Thanksgiving, Family Gatherings, Holiday Shopping, and much less "you time" is upon us. For some this joyful time of year is lost due to the stresses of holiday shopping, the over indulgence in food and drinks, or the thought of dealing with you crazy Aunt Sally (yes we all have one).
